Returns


Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please email us at info@hullelectric.com with any return claims. Items must be returned with original packaging in “brad new, sellable” condition or a 15% restocking fee will be charged. Upon delivery of your order, please inspect all packaging, and record with the delivery driver any damage to the packaging at the time. If your order arrives damaged, refuse the shipment and indicate to the driver that the shipment is damaged. If possible, please email any pictures to us at info@hullelectric.com. The customer must notify Hull Electric of damaged or missing items within 3 business days. Items returned outside of the 30 day policy are subject to 15% restocking fee. Hull Electric does not offer exchanges for items.ion go to app settings and press "Manage Questions" button.




Wrong Address


If a package is returned to Hull Electric due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs or the return shipping cost, and/or any redelivery cost. Hull Electric is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly due to incorrect shipping information. In some cases, we may be able to reroute the package to the correct address. However, you will be responsible for the costs associated with rerouting the package.




Lost Package


In most cases lost packages are located by the carrier and delivered. Any replacements will be sent after the carrier claims process is complete. We are unable to expedite replacements. You must contact Hull Electric within 5 business days of the scheduled delivery, to guarantee a lost claim with the carrier can be filed.




Canceling Orders


Once your order has shipped, we are not able to cancel your order. You may email info@hullelectric.com to receive a Return Goods Authorization, if you decide you do not want to keep your order.




Refunds


Refunds are issued back to the method of original payment. Returns & refunds are processed (Monday - Friday) within 48 hours of returns delivered to Hull Electric. Refund times may vary depending on your bank




Privacy Policy


We do not share any customer data or information outside of the company except where necessary to ship products to you, and to complete credit card transactions.
Email addresses are protected and not shared with any outside agency.
